My neck and shoulders are always tight and so I was looking for something I could wrap around to give relief. This is perfect. Whether it's heat or ice, it stays put and makes my neck and shoulders feel so much better. It's high quality materials yet gentle. I highly recommend this!

The magic bag worked great for multiple uses. I used the heated option mostly, it gave relief from a headache, neck strain, pulled shoulder from golfing, and sore thigh muscles. I heated for 30 second intervals untill 2 minutes. It stayed warm for about 10-15 minutes with little movement. The freezer option was nice to use after a long day of gardening. My forearms were pretty tight so the cold being able to form around my arm was easier to use than a uncomfortable ice pack. I recommend this bag for anyone who needs to relax, release tension, ease a headache or sore muscle, and stomach cramps.
Works great!
The Magic Bag hot/cold compress has been a lifesaver! It can be microwaved to use as a warm compress or placed in the freezer for a few hours to use as a cold compress. I have used it as a warm compress for my back and neck a few times and for menstrual cramps and it definitely helps! It seems to be made of quality materials as well. I would definitely recommend this to others!
Great tension reliever
I have used my bag once a day for the last 3 days and it has helped me to destress and relieve tightness in my neck and shoulders. I am a full time student and this helped me to loosen up after finals week. I also used it warm on my stomach for cramps and it worked tremendously. I warmed it in 30 second intervals to a max of 2 minutes and the heat stayed for a good 20 minutes every time with minimal movement of the bag. My husband used the cold option after a game of golf and his muscle responded well after use. Highly recommend for relaxation, muscle ease, and cramping.
Perfect fit
High quality with Canadian Oats inside. Better than rice bags. Rice bags can smell after a few uses. Extended Magic bag does not . I used the Extended Magic Bag for both my clients and my family. I am a massage therapist and esthetician. I recommend the Extended Magic bag , it heats up to a good temperature. It is the perfect fit around the neck. Great to use on the low back as I work the neck and vice versa. I place along the spine as I work the legs as well. For my facial clients and living in Colorado. The winters are very cold so placing the magic bag under the feet while the client is face up is also very soothing. The extended Magic bag gets cold very nicely. My 10 year old (wrestler) and 15 year old (volleyball player) have put the bag in the freezer and like it very much. It’s a huge difference between a regular ice pack. It’s extremely soothing using it cold as well. Using it cold is great for muscle inflammation. I also place the Extended Magic bag on my 3 year old boy who wakes up at night with growing pains. Perfect temperature for his little body and it doesn’t feel like it’s burning him. It’s also great to relieve low abdominal cramping due to a woman’s ******. Pop it in the microwave before a long car ride and have it for warm lumbar support . It’s a must have tool for your self care . I definitely will recommend the extended Magic bag to my friends, family, co-workers and clients.
Great for back/shoulder pain
This works very well for warming sore muscles and joints. I used it a few times on my back and shoulders and it works great. The only thing I wish it did better is when I use it for icing. It does not stay cold for as long as I would like.
Hot or Cold? Your Choice!
This is an amazing product that is very easy to use as a hot or cold soothing item practically anywhere on your body where you need some relief. I use it for my shoulder and my husband needs it for his knee. I’ve already recommended Magic Bag to several friends and family and will definitely continue to use it when needed.

Before getting this, we were using ice packs, heating pads, as well as taking a pain reliever but the ice packs were too small and didn't conform to your body, heating pads had to be plugged in and nobody likes to take pills. The Magic Bag does just the opposite, it comforms to any part of your body comfortably and doesn't require you to plug it in, just put it in the freezer or the microwave depending on what you need. Whether you use it hot or cold, it's long lasting. You would think that with it being filled with oats, it would be heavy and stiff but it isn't, very flexible. I love that it's soft, re-usable and combustable after 100 uses (a card is included in order for you to keep track of uses). We used it for headaches, back, neck, knee and elbow pain and got such great relief. Very easy to use, definitely recommend.
Great product
This is just what I needed. I have knee pain most days and shoulder pain occasionally. The Magic Bag Extended is perfect for both issues. I use it heated for pain relief. It is perfect length to drape over both knees at once or around my neck over my shoulders. The product is high quality. It is stitched well and the fabric feels nice. I would definitely recommend this product for natural pain relief!
Versatile and comfortable bag for soothing aches and pains
We've been in need of another hot/cold pack in our house as the one is constantly in use between the five of us. This magic bag is the perfect size for shoulder or back pain and comfortable. Made with oats, it is not heavy on tense, painful shoulders. I love how versatile it is too; simply heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or place in the freezer for a few hours to easily alternate hot or cold relief. I like to also use this on my hands and feet after a long day at work. I highly recommend this product! I received this free in exchange for my honest opinion and review.

A magic bag indeed!
This bag is incredible! I've used it every single day for the past week. I've used it hot and cold. It works similar to a heating pad when it's hot and similar to an ice bag when it's cold. The weight reminds me of a weighted blanket and feels great wherever I'm using it. It's on my neck right now to relieve some neck and back pain I've been experiencing lately. It also stays in place really well. It's very easy to put wherever you need it. I do wish it was a little bit longer to accommodate a larger neck. All-in-all, I am VERY happy with this product and already have plans to buy some of the other varieties! HIGHLY recommend!
Great for sore muscles
I was very excited to try out this, mostly for the ability to switch between cold and hot. It holds the heat or the cold for quite a while and it’s very soft and soothing for sore muscles. I enjoy that it is flexible and can be used for multiple parts of your body. My only complaint is that it does not fit around my neck as well as the picture shown. I think I have a rather small neck but it doesn’t loop around enough to sit there comfortably without having to physically hold it on. Aside from that, this is a great device to keep and I look forward to using it more and more in the future. I received this for free in exchange for review.
Love this product!
I absolutely love this product. I work as a dough maker at a fast food pizza shop and I lift a lot of weight throughout my shift making the dough. When I get home my shoulders, neck and back are very achy. I heat the Magic Bag up 30 seconds at a time until it's to my liking and keep it on my shoulders for about 20 minutes. My neck gets so relaxed from it. Knowing that I can actually safely recycle the grain that's used is a plus. I absolutely recommend this.
The truth is in the name!
Wow! This bag really is Magic! My husband and I both have aches and pains and the Magic Bag Extended has really worked wonders! I love that it's made with natural grains! It's so easy to heat or cool and the temperature from the bag really feels amazing! Heating it is my favorite because the heat really penetrates well (the cool does too) and feels like it helps a lot. It's a great quality product and I like that it's a nice size for various places on your body. It's very versatile, and best of all, medicinal free!
