I've used many different products. And many pain meds as well. My go to items were ice and heating pad. Ice after a while obviously melts and the heating pad can be to hot at times. I absolutely love how I can use both cold and hot and I can choose how hot I put this product. I will recommend this to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

I love how easy this is to warm up and the size is perfect for applying heat directly to an effected area without the bag slipping or falling down. It's well built and durable. It does take a long time to get it to a cold enough temperature to be useful unless it's stored in a cold environment which makes it hard to get to a hot temperature. Seems like you would need more than one.

The sample arrived at a perfect time to use as both a hot and cold bag. A household member sprained their wrist and the cold usage was very effective in reducing swelling while another household member had extreme back muscle pain and the heated bag provided a lot of comfort and pain relief.

The design of the product is really attractive due to the simple multi colored pattern design. In the term of the practicality of using this product is high due to the usefulness of the product especially for a long term chronic pain disease patient like myself. I have been using it in a daily basis since I received the bag three days ago. I would prefer to heat up the bag for pain relief. It is definitely something that I will recommend to those who are in all kind of pain. It works well.

I have seen this product at stores but was always skeptical to purchase. I received this product for testing and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked for both hot and cold compress. I think the Magic Bag is a great product because you can use it hot or cold. It also molds to the area you are targeting. The bag was large enough to work on multiple areas. As a cold compress, you do not need to put a cover over it like an ice pack because it already has a cover. As a hot compress, it is easy to use as you just have to put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
