Great little bag for post-gym soreness, or for just general achey days. I tend to build up a lot of stress in my neck and back, this little bag really does the trick. It's not overly large either, so it really pinpoints the exact spot, vs the larger ones that, personally, just tend to overheat me and make me all gross and sweaty. Definitely worth the buy.

I take the travel pad with me whenever I travel. It has been very useful. It's the perfect size and fits perfectly in a backpack. I love it!
