Our kitchen scale offers an indication feature for weight in grams as well as volume in ml and fluid ounces, including a conversion feature between the two. It also allows you to specify " Water or Milk" ingredients. With a maximum capacity of 11 lbs (5 kg) and a graduation of 1g (0.1 oz), our scales are accurate to the tenth of an ounce. The 14mm LCD read out ensure that the weighting is clear and easy to read.
The screen also serves as a low power/error indicator, so you'll know when it is time to change the batteries or if you have exceeded the weight limit of your scale.
The automatic off feature turns the scale off when food is removed after 2 minutes to extend the battery life.
